Staff will decorate the following areas with floral garlands and lights:
Open staircase banisters
Fireplace mantels in living room and dining room & piano

Set Up &Take Down Fees and Additional Charges

For the Lind House staff to set up large round tables and chairs                                              $20.00

For staff to set the tables with linens, glasses, silverware, centerpieces, etc.                        $35.00

For staff to take down and put away tables and chairs                                                            $20.00

For staff to set up chairs for a wedding ceremony                                                                   $35.00

            For staff to take down and put away chairs after a wedding ceremony                                   $35.00

            To have a Lind House staff person work in the kitchen during a party                                    $12.50 per hour

Additional Rental Options – Cocktail Tables

 

The Lind House has 5 waist-high cocktail tables that are available to rent at                        $25.00
a cost of $25.  This rental fee includes having our staff set up the tables and
a bar area, as well as a small table for 6 - for those guests who wish to have
a place to sit.  This arrangement works very well for receptions at which only
beverages and/or appetizers and dessert are served.  Most people would stand
around the tall tables, and there would be seating for about 10-12 people.      

Deposit for Party       Full cost of house rental plus al $100 damage deposit.           
Deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the party, provided the house is left in the condition it was found.

Cancellation Policy   Refund of deposit will be in full if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event.

Lind House Membership  Membership in the Lind House Association helps with the upkeep of the historic Lind House and makes it available for community use.  Membership is $25.00 per year.  If you are interested in membership, please include an additional $25.00 check.  Thank You
